Applications will be reviewed and selected vendors will be notified on or before August 19th, 2026.

- Vendor spaces are $25 each and include one 8-foot table

- Payment for spaces is due 7 days of acceptance

- Vendor fees are non-refundable, unless we are able to fill your space with another approved vendor

- The Heavy Metal Market is a curated event. We reserve the right to decline applications that are not a good fit for the event
