Everything you need to know before your first Atomic Auction

Before the Auction

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early. This gives you time to register, browse and inspect items, and ask any questions.

To register head to the "Register Here" sign and pick up your paddle.

Some of our auctions allow for early registration. If you have pre-registered online, there is a separate section for you to pick up your paddle and catalog.

How Does Bidding Work?

When an item you want comes up for auction, simply raise your bidder paddle high enough for the auctioneer to clearly see your number.

If another bidder tops your offer and you'd like to stay in, just raise your paddle again when you're ready to bid the next amount.

The auctioneer will continue calling bids until no higher bids remain.

When the auctioneer says SOLD — the highest bidder wins!

Our auction staff records your winning paddle number immediately to ensure accurate checkout. You can also use your catalog to keep a personal running total if you’d like.

How is my final total determined?

All winning bids are subject to a buyer’s premium and of course HST. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, & Debit.

The Buyers Premium for Atomic Auctions is 10%

Your final total is simply:

Winning Bid + Buyer’s premium+ HST = Final Price

You can checkout at anytime during the auction.

Simple, transparent, and no hidden nonsense
